TOOLBANK USA JOINS THE MISSION CONTINUES AS SPONSOR FOR TAMPA MASS DEPLOYMENT

WITH SUPPORT OF LONGTIME PARTNER, TOOLBANK USA, OPERATION TAMPA BAY BLITZ KICKS OFF JUNE 20 IN GREATER TAMPA AREA FOR 9TH MASS DEPLOYMENT

St. Louis June 5, 2025 Military veteran nonprofit The Mission Continues (TMC) and long-time strategic partner ToolBank USA are teaming up this June for the organization’s ninth-annual Mass Deployment event, and will feature five high-impact days of service in the community.

Taking place in five separate community locations throughout the Greater Tampa Area from June 20-24, Operation Tampa Bay Blitz Platinum Sponsor ToolBank USA is continuing their mission of supporting the veterans and communities of TMC that they have been doing for a decade now.

ToolBank USA has been a valued partner of The Mission Continues’ important work for more than a decade; supporting platoon operations in cities from coast to coast. Additionally, ToolBank USA has been working shoulder to shoulder with TMC at every one of its previous eight Mass Deployment operations. In total, the efforts of ToolBank USA’s partnership has led to more than $1,000,000 in services contributed to under-resourced communities across the country.

“ToolBank USA continues to align themselves deep within the strategic goals of The Mission Continues,” said Annie Hudson, Chief Programs Officer of The Mission Continues. “Very few partners show up and support in the way that ToolBank USA does. The way they donate, activate, and advocate for TMC’s mission proves they are among the most valuable type of partner in every sense of the word. Because of the constant commitment to our mission through their partnership and support, we’ve been able to make lasting impacts on our veterans and in our communities.”

In 2024 alone, ToolBank USA’s efforts and commitment to TMC’s nationwide Service Platoon Program led to successful volunteering campaigns across the country that saw nearly 8,000 TMC volunteers attend more than 600 service projects, leading to an estimated $1,228,036 in economic impact through nearly 37,000 volunteer hours in our nation’s under-resourced communities.

“At ToolBank USA, we believe in the power of tools to build stronger communities – and in the power of partnerships to make that impact last. The Mission Continues has been more than a collaborator; they’ve been family in service,” said Trey Bearden, ToolBank USA’s CEO. “We’re proud to stand beside their team once again for Operation Tampa Bay Blitz, equipping veterans with the tools they need to lead, serve, and transform neighborhoods. Together, we’re not just building projects – we’re building purpose.”

Joining ToolBank in support at Operation Tampa Bay Blitz this year are CarMax, the Coca-Cola Company, and Starbucks. To learn more about this week-long mass deployment, or to volunteer, please go HERE.
